Men’s Housing Program

The Walker House is a historic home in the desirable Wedge neighborhood within Uptown Minneapolis. This home is for male and male-identifying clients. This house is very LGBTQ-friendly, with many of our residents identifying in this community and our staff specializing in LGBTQ. Walker House is conveniently located between Lyndale and Hennepin with nearby bus lines, restaurants, job opportunities, and the lakes!

    This historic house has all the original woodwork with a big open living room.

  • Bedrooms

    The Walker House has spacious and well-kept bedrooms throughout the house, with all the old-world charm.

  • Dining Room

    Classic builtins and antiques were left from the prior owner who was a world traveler and collector. Miss Walker wanted the house to remain period-specific to the Victorian area and we did not want to mess that up.

  • Outside

    The backyard features a large back patio, yard, and garden. Unfortunately, that downtown view is no longer but the yard is fresh updated
