Evan Lieberman ~ MSW LICSW LADC

Owner & Director

Evan is an active Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Addiction Counselor in the Twin Cities. He started the Hybrid Housing program to meet the mental health needs of dual diagnosis residents in a cohesive and affordable way. Evan also runs Hybrid Counseling, a licensed treatment program and group mental health practice that helps provide some of the services offered to residents.

Coley Korolchuk

Amy House Manager and Peer Recovery Specialist

Coley has been the manager of Amy House since July of 2020. Since then she has proven to be a great leader and example for our residents as a woman in long-term recovery. Outside of her work at Hybrid Housing she is a certified Recovery Coach and able to bring that knowledge to help her residents succeed. Coley is passionate about wellness and helps bring practices such as yoga, meditation, and nutrition as other tools on the path to recovery.

Dillon Walter

Walker House Manager

Dillon is a Walker House alumni who returned to help others and take his recovery to a new level. He is kind, patient, compassionate, and works an excellent program of recovery, being a role model and support to all his residents.
