Hybrid Housing - “Abode Program” Recovery Housing with access to clinical support.

We are different than other housing programs!

When we started the “Abode Program” through Hybrid Housing, we did not want to be like other houses. Our founder is a Mental Health Therapist and Licensed Alcohol and Drug counselor and saw a big piece missing in traditional sober housing. Far more than half of the residents in sober housing come in with a mental health diagnosis. You can’t blame sober houses for not being equipped to meet client’s mental health needs. It is not easy to provide services without being a licensed treatment program, but we found a way to make it happen.

  • Yes, each home requires a security deposit with two options: a non-refundable $150 move-in fee or a $300 deposit that may be refunded upon move-out.

  • No problem. We partner with several organizations that offer deposit assistance, and most residents are able to get 100% of their deposit covered. Just reach out to us, and we’ll help you get connected.

  • We provide essentials like a bed and housing supplies. However, please bring your own sheets, pillows, toiletries, and other personal items. Space is limited, so we recommend bringing only the essentials, and we can discuss additional items upon arrival.

  • Yes, we collaborate with local organizations, including our sister program, Hybrid Counseling, which provides therapy, psychiatry, medication, and group therapy. While these services are optional, residents can access them as needed. We also work with outside organizations offering peer recovery support, connecting residents with one-on-one recovery professionals in the community.

  • Each of our homes has a $750 monthly program fee, which includes utilities. Additionally, there is a small monthly deposit fee to cover shared household needs like toilet paper, paper towels, and cleaning supplies. Many newer residents take advantage of stipends from treatment programs, which can reduce costs to as low as $50 or, in some cases, fully cover them, depending on the program
