Evan Lieberman MSW LICSW LADC
Evan is an active Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Addiction Counselor in the Twin Cities. He started the Hybrid Housing program to meet the mental health needs of dual diagnosis residents in a cohesive and affordable way. Evan also runs Hybrid Counseling, a licensed treatment program and group mental health practice that helps provide some of the services offered to residents.

Ashley is the current manager of Amy House, where she leads with compassion, structure, and lived experience. Originally a resident herself, Ashley worked her way through the program, consistently demonstrating strong leadership, dedication, and personal growth. Her commitment to recovery and hard work in all areas of her life make her a powerful example and support for the women she now mentors.

Dillon Walter - Walker House Manager
Dillon was one of our very first residents at Walker House, and his journey has come full circle. After building a strong foundation in recovery, he went on to earn his RN license and now works as a nurse, all while returning to give back as the Walker House manager. Known for his kindness, patience, and compassion, Dillon leads by example and remains deeply committed to his own recovery. He brings both professional skill and personal insight to the role, serving as a steady role model and unwavering support for the men in the house.
Shawn Kittelson - Wilde Inn Manager
Shawn began his journey with Hybrid Housing as a resident at Walker House, where he quickly stood out for his leadership, consistency, and dedication to recovery. He now serves as the house manager at Wilde Inn, our LGBTQ+ sober living home, where he brings empathy, structure, and a deep sense of community to his role. Shawn is actively pursuing his Peer Recovery Specialist certification and is building a career in the recovery field—driven by his passion for helping others find stability, purpose, and hope in their own journeys.
Coley Korolchuk - Program Manager
Coley has been with Hybrid Housing since July 2020, originally serving as the manager of Amy House. As a woman in long-term recovery, she has proven to be a strong leader, role model, and source of support for residents navigating early recovery. Now serving as our Program Manager, Coley works with residents across all of our houses, helping ensure a consistent and supportive experience throughout the program.
In addition to her work with Hybrid Housing, she is a Certified Recovery Coach and brings a wealth of experience, empathy, and structure to her role. Coley is a fierce advocate for women in recovery, passionate about helping them reclaim their lives with dignity and purpose. She also integrates wellness practices such as yoga, meditation, and nutrition into the recovery journey, believing deeply in a holistic approach to healing.
